
Spring at the Royal Palaces
We are delighted to be reopening all the Royal sites for the 2022 summer season. The season for some of our Royal Palaces begins in May.
Gustav III's Museum of Antiquities opens on 1 May
From 1 May, the Royal Palace Opens in new window. of Stockholm will be open daily until 17:00. Here, you can see the Royal Apartments, the Treasury and the Tre Kronor Museum – all of which are included in the entry ticket. Gustav III's Museum of Antiquities

The World Heritage Site Drottningholm and the Chinese Pavilion

Opens in new window. in Drottningholm Palace Park opens on 1 May.
The Riddarholmen Church is open daily
The Riddarholmen Church Opens in new window. opens its doors for daily visits on 1 May. The Riddarholmen Church is the royal burial church, and is Stockholm's only preserved mediaeval abbey.
Ulriksdal Palace opens on 7 May
Ulriksdal Palace Opens in new window. opens for weekend tours from 7 May. The Orangery Museum
Opens in new window. in Ulriksdal Palace Park also opens on the same date. Opening hours will be extended from June.
There will be an opening ceremony at Ulriksdal on 7 May, with a free concert and half price entry to the palace and the Orangery Museum.
Weekend tours at Rosersberg Palace in May
Rosersberg Palace Opens in new window. opens for weekend guided tours from 7 May. In June, July and August, the palace tours will be available from Tuesday to Sunday.
Gripsholm Castle is open daily
Gripsholm Castle Opens in new window. is the perfect destination for all the family. Gripsholm is open daily from 1 May.
Weekend tours at the Royal Stables
The Royal Stables Opens in new window., with their carriages and The King's horses, will be open on weekends in May.
The Palace Parks
Stroll through the extensive Palace Parks Opens in new window., visit the Royal Gift Shops and and unwind at our Palace cafés. The parks are always open.

In June, you can also look forward to visiting Strömsholm Palace, Tullgarn Palace, Rosendal Palace and Gustav III's Pavilion.
