
National Day 2022 celebrations on 6 June
We are delighted to resume the tradition of National Day Celebrations at the Royal Palace! Welcome to a full day featuring free entry to the rooms of the palace, royal museums and activities. National Day will also be celebrated at two of the oyal parks.
National Day Celebrations at the Royal Palace
Sweden's National Day celebrations will begin with an opening ceremony at 10:00, when The Crown Princess Couple will welcome visitors to a full day featuring free entry to the palace's sights and a packed programme.
The programme includes:
Concerts in the Palace Chapel
The Armed Forces Music Corps in the Outer Courtyard
Special tours of the Bernadotte Library
Children's activities, including coronations and knightings
Free entry and self-guided tours of the rooms of the palace and its museums
To mark the day, the East Gate and Logården, the palace's waterside gardens, will be open until 15:00.
The palace's state rooms and museums will be open with free entry until 17:00.

National Day celebrations at Haga and Drottningholm
National Day celebrations will be arranged at Haga Park and Drottningholm Palace Park, in partnership with the local municipalities.
National Day celebrations at Drottningholm
6 June, 10:00–14:00
Activities will include parkour sessions, a sing-along, a concert with Robin Bengtsson and open house at the palace theatre.

National Day celebrations at Haga Park
6 June, 11:00–16:00
Park tours on various themes for all ages, creative fun at the Copper Tents, activities in the park and a concert at 14:00 featuring soloists from the Royal Swedish Opera, the Royal Court Orchestra, the choir of the Royal Swedish Opera and dancers from the Royal Swedish Ballet.

National Day trip!
Visit Tullgarn Palace and its park Opens in new window. – a favourite summer palace of royalty! The palace will be open for guided tours on Sweden's National Day. The palace park, with its beautiful waterside location, is ideal for walks and picnics, and the free app Royal Walks will guide you through the history of the park.
