Children's concert: The Chord Family's musical journey

Join the Chord Family on their musical journey – a fantasy voyage through time and space, on which children can meet great classical composers such as Mozart and Bach, sing well-known children's songs and dance to folk music.

An exciting afternoon concert will take place at Gripsholm Castle, where the audience can meet great classical composers such as Mozart and Bach, sing well-known children's songs and dance to folk music. Children can guess which animals they are listening to in selections from Camille Saint-Saëns' The Carnival of the Animals (The Elephant and The Swan). We will then travel to Norway for a visit to the Hall of the Mountain King, and onwards to Denmark for lively folk music about a crazy chicken!

This musical journey is suitable for children aged 3–8.

"Wow! This performance is just as entertaining for pensioners!"
– A happy grandfather from the audience.
